Question

This is my 5th year as a full-time college student. I have only claimed the AOC 1 year. I have not completed my bachelor's degree. Am I still eligible for this credit?

Turbo Tax told me I was eligible, but I just want to make sure, since this is my 5th year attending school but I have not yet completed my bachelor's degree.

Yes, you are still eligible because you have not completed the first 4 years of postsecondary education. In other words, if you have not yet completed coursework totaling 4 years of academic credit and therefore received a bachelor's degree.
