Turbo Tax filing verification for 2019

I have filed my fed and state taxes thru TurboTax for many years now. In the past I've received an email from TurboTax to verify that the returns were filed, and again when they were accepted by the IRS and the state.    This year I've received no emails.  I signed onto TurboTax and the program told me that both returns were accepted.  Why did I NOT receive any emails ?

Is the email address for your TurboTax account still valid?  Did you check the spam or junk mail folders for your email account.?

To verify your TurboTax account email address see this TurboTax support FAQ - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/account-updates/help/how-do-i-update-my-turbotax-account-information/01/25927

Yes to both questions.  When I sign on, TurboTax/Intuit  sends me a verification code to my email.

Then you should have received an email when the e-filed tax return was transmitted and another when the e-filed tax return was either accepted or rejected.  Unless you selected to get text updates for your returns.  This box would have to checked on the same screen for Transmit my returns now.

If all your information is correct then contact TurboTax support as they may be able to find out why you did not receive any emails for the tax return status.
