Is there an Oklahoma income tax deduction?
If you are an Oklahoma taxpayer, your contributions to your Oklahoma 529 account may be deducted from state taxable income. This deduction is for a maximum of $10,000 per year for a single return and $20,000 per year for a joint return. You do not have to be related to the beneficiary to take advantage of this deduction. The state tax deadline is April 15 of the following year.  Why won't TurboTax allow it?

Yes, there is and TurboTax will allow it.   It has to be entered on the state return, not the federal return.   As you are going through the state return, you will come to a page titled Additional Oklahoma Adjustments.   Scroll down and click Start next to Made contributions to Oklahoma 529 Plan.
