Question

Under the school district entry i am limited to one option,county named adams but i have never went to school there nore live near there.

In the Pennsylvania counties section there is a drop down for Philadelphia but it is greyed out and i cannot select it.

You may be set to non-resident; follow these steps to correct the school district:

 

  1. Click Your State Returns from the Left-side panel
  2. Click Continue beside Pennsylvania
  3. Click Update next to General Info
  4. Click Change Residency
  5. Verify your residency is correct; click continue
  6. Verify filing status and click continue
  7. verify if you are filing the final return for Pennsylvania
  8. Update "What county did you live in."
  9. You should receive a notification stating, "Philadelphia has only one school district."
