What do i do If I have two 1098 T from same school

One of them Has box 7 checked and the other doesn't I claim them both on my taxes for 2016?

No. You would only report the information from one of these forms. One of the forms should have a box at the top of the form that says, "corrected", with a checkmark in the box next to it. The corrected form is the one that you need to report in Turbo Tax.
