What does this mean? "Enter grant allocations received pursuant to the California Venues Grant Program"

I was filling the Paid family Leave Income in California and after I entered the value it showed me this section "Enter grant allocations received pursuant to the California Venues Grant Program" Not sure what is the amount to be entered.
