Question

What if I already filed my 1098-T as a f-1 student

I was supposed to use the sprintax but I have been staying the U.S. more than five years then the sprintax said use turbotax since I am not qualifying the non-resident by the duration of the staying in the U.S. And I filed 1098-T with other income from CPT.  I filed on 3/21 but my tax refund is "still being process" on the IRS website. I do not have any letter received yet from IRS but I am worried that "non-resident" cannot filed the 1098-T. So do I have to amend to remove my 1098-T??

No, a resident alien can file a 1098-T. See FAQ here.
