in hazardous insurance the same as homeowners insurance?

Yes----hazard insurance is the homeowner insurance you get for flood, fires, sudden damage to your home etc.  It is not deductible for your personal home.

Yes, they are the same.  Homeowners Insurance and/or Hazardous Insurance are not deductible on your tax return for a personal residence, not used as a rental or in a business.
