Question

What is the school scholarship credit? I don’t have a form for this and it’s wanting information in order to file.

Are you referring to educational tax credits? If so, refer to the TurboTax Help article What Are Education Tax Credits? For additional information.

You need to clarify your question. "School scholarship credit" is not a federal tax thing. There is a federal tax credit for post secondary (college or vocational) education (tuition+).  If you're eligible, you usually get a form 1098-T from the school. Many schools no longer mail out the 1098-T.  You obtain it from your school account, on line. 

Many states have credits for elementary and high school. If you're asking about that, identify the state.
