Form 1098 would be sent to you by the bank or other mortgage lender, or the company that services the mortgage. Form 1098-T would be sent to you by the school that you paid tuition to. You can identify the form by the form number on it. It says "Form 1098" or "Form 1098-T" on the form.
Why are you looking for a Form 1098 or 1098-T? Where are you looking for it? And why are you looking back to earlier years? On your 2020 tax return you can only enter a Form 1098 or 1098-T for 2020.
