Where do I enter 1098-T Box 1?

Where do I enter 1098-T Box 1? The screen where I think it should be has an already-populated "$0" for "Tuition and enrollment fees".

If you have already entered your 1098-T:

Open your return.
In upper right corner in the search box, type 1098-T and select the Jump to link at the top of your search results.
You will see your entry for your 1098-T, Click Edit.
On the screen that show’s Here’s Your Education Summary, Click Edit.
Follow the onscreen questions, until you get to your entry for your 1098-T, where you can make adjustments on Line 1.

To enter your 1098-T:

Open your return.
In upper right corner in the search box, type 1098-T and select the Jump to link at the top of your search results.
On the Do you want to enter your higher education expenses? screen, answer Yes.
Answer Yes to Did you get a 1098-T for the year? and Continue.
On the next screen, you can choose how you'd like to add your 1098-T. You can upload a digital copy from your computer or type it in yourself. Select which option you'd like and Continue.
Follow the onscreen instructions.

When I click on the 1098-T jump link, I'm taken to a screen where the "Tuition and enrollment fees" line item is already populated with "$0" with no ability to edit it.
