Susan, please send a link that shows there is no longer a $150 tax credit in Georgia.

Interesting, the GA credit is not in the instruction booklet this year. Here are the GA instructions and all the CR forms, the drivers credit is not there. I was able to easily locate prior year forms.

I also found where the senate did a study on keeping it, changing it or eliminating it in 2017.

I am unable to supply any other links.

I can't find anywhere where GA repealed the GA Drivers Education Credit. Would you please do further research

Here is a link to GA state forms 500. Page 16 is the applicable page for credit 205, Drivers Education Credit. According to the 2019 forms, the credit has been repealed.
