Where do I report income on a 1098-Q form?

I received a 1098-Q form from an IRA annuity which was an RMD (required minimum distribution).  I was not sent a 1099-r form for this distribution.  How do I report this income.  Turbo Tax is not providing and information on this form.

Where do I enter information from a 1098-Q, Qualifying Longevity Annuity Contract (QLAC)?

 

Form 1098-Q is an informational form that is generally not reported on a tax return. There is no data entry screen for this form.
