I don't pay my own tuition. It is paid using my dad's trust money. I'm also not claimed as a dependent as I'm 25 and worked full-time last year.

The Form 1098-T is entered on your tax return if you are not being claimed as a dependent.

While filling our dependents tax return it is still asking about the 1098 T even though I answered "someone else can claim me as a dependent". Should I enter 1098 T again o n her return?

I'm 25

That right there "automatically" means nobody can claim you as a dependent for this education stuff. You the student will report anything and everything concerning your education on your own tax return.

As for the trust money, there are many different types of trusts and even more ways those different trusts types can be set up. The trust money is income to you basically. But how its reported on your tax return, if it actually has to be reported at all (it probably does) depends on what type of tax reporting document you get from the trust administrator, if you get a tax reporting document at all.

Since you were not under the age of 24 on Dec 31 of the tax year, if you earned more than $4,200 through either self employment or a W-2 job, it's definite that nobody can claim you as a dependent on their tax return with no exceptions.
