Q. Why did I receive two 1098-T forms?

A. Look at the top of the form to see if the void or corrected box is checked on one of them.

TurboTax can handle two 1098-Ts from two different schools. If they are both from the same school, you'll need to ask the school why. Was there something unusual about your attendance conditions/programs/places in 2023.
