Why is it making me upgrade to Deluxe "because I got the Lifetime Learning Credit" when it actually told me I did NOT get the Lifetime Learning Credit?
I put in all my education details and it said I didn't qualify for the Lifetime Learning Credit - no big deal, but when I went to file it told me I was required to upgrade to Deluxe ($39) because I got the Lifetime Learning Credit. Help?? I don't care if I get it or not at this point, but I refuse to pay for the upgrade if I did not qualify for it.
