Why is my AZ State return considered non-calendar year return when private school tuition organization contribution is made between Jan 1 and April 18, 2023 for 2022?

Turbo Tax says it is a tax situation and made return ineligible for e-filing!

Look at your AZ tax return. At the top, it should be blank for a normal calendar year. Do you have different dates for a non-calendar year? If so, you need to change your entries back to a calendar year.

Tuition is tuition, whenever you pay it.
