Question

Why is my tax refund saying I’ll get partial of my refund to owing back child support and etc. ? I don’t go to school for it to be a student loan. Need exact answer.

You can get details about any offset to your refund by calling 1-800-304-3107.  TurboTax doesn't receive any information about your refund once your return has been accepted by the IRS. 

 

The U.S. Treasury offset information line will provide you with a dollar amount and the contact information for the agency that has placed the hold on your federal tax refund.
