Why is Turbotax not allowing me to manually enter 1099 and 1098 information?

Under Wages and Income TT wants me to review current 1099 for my bank, then when I click Review it wants to automatically import forms from my financial institutions, but nothing happens when I click Continue. It will not let me manual enter the information either. Just a blank whit page with the headers to click on.

TurboTax Deluxe Online

Delete the 1099 and then enter it manually.

You should be able to scroll down and click the trash can next to the 1099 OR

Sign in to your online account

Continue working on your return

Click Tax Tools on the left side bar

Click Tools on the drop-down

Click "Delete a form" on the “Tools Center” screen

Scroll down the list and find 1099 then click Delete

Confirm the delete

Scroll down under Wages & Income to type the 1099 in yourself
