Question

Why my schedule A's interest number is 0 even though I have two 1098 forms filled in.

I was using turbotax to fill in information. It uses itemized deduction at very beginning, which gives me some return. While filing it, it asks me to fill in a thing (can't leave it blank), I don't know what's that, I think I input 0 and it then uses standard reduction instead and I need to pay a few hundreds instead of getting a few hundreds.

The problem I saw is that, after I force it to use itemized deduction, I saw the schedule A's mortgage interest number is 0, which I don't understand (I paid ~19000 interest in 2019).

What to do now?
