No, as of 3/13/2020 the U.S. Department of Education has suspended collection of student loan debt.  If your refund was taken after 3/13/2020 it will be refunded retroactively.

Are you sure? Because as of March 13th, 2020, I’m pretty sure the education department disagrees with you.
