can you tell me why I am unable to file my completed 2024 income tax?

got to last page of completing income tax, got access # to efile my income tax for 2024 and cannot get past 'start', will not progress to efile

    Are you using Profile Edition/TurboTax 20? If you are filing on someone else's behalf, make sure that they have provided you Level 2 Authorization by logging into the CRA My- Account.
