Question

CRA sent a letter saying our 2022 returns have not been submitted. They were submitted on May 11/22. My account has a credit of $2159.31. Should I just call CRA?

I have a notification from Turbotax saying that our returns have been submitted. In previous years we submitted separately through an accounting firm, but 2022 was the first year we completed a joint return through TurboTax.

    If you've filed your return but haven't received a Notice of Assessment (NOA) or a refund, there are a few steps you can take to try and remedy this.

    First, be sure that you were provided with a NETFILE confirmation code.
