Do I click "filing first time" if filing 3 years at once?

I am filing 3 years of taxes today and mailing in the forms. This is the first time I file taxes. When I fill out my second year, do I click on "first time filing" because CRA has not yet received my first year, or do I not click on "first time filing" because I have filled out the previous year tax forms?

If you are sending in all three years at the same time, then the CRA will look at them in order from the oldest to the newest. So you are no longer a first time filer for your second and third returns.
