How can that be that Turbo Tax is stating on their site that my tax return has been filed, they took my payment, but CRA has not received my tax return?

where is my tax return? I completed it in May 2023 and it's still not with CRA?

Hi @pegasusd62 ,

If you are using Turbotax online, go to File section -> Filing Hub, if you see a button "Netfile CRA" it is not filed yet and you need to click that button, but if you see a confirmation number the return is filed with CRA.

Open your TurboTax return and go to the "File" section and see if it shows that you already filed your return. Once filed, it will give you a CRA NetFile confirmation number.

If using Desktop and if using Online- click on the one you are using to be sure that you have NetFiled correctly.
