Question

Just curious as to why my 2019-2020-2021 taxes were filed but never submitted to cra?

Filed back in April and as was at a loss to why I never received my returns until spending over an hour on the phone with cra only to discover they were never submitted

    Did you get NETFILE confirmation codes when filing for these years? If you did not get a confirmation code, then the returns were not filed using NETFILE. 

     

    Your NETFILE confirmation code is different from the confirmation that you get when you pay for using the TurboTax software.
