The four spinning dots

I've finished my 2021 return but at the final review stage I have the four dots spinning and they don't stop spinning no matter how long I wait. I've actually redone my return twice in case I'd made an earlier error. But the dots are always there. How do I get past the spinning dots?

I've got the same problem, with both of the tax returns I'm trying to file. Clearing the cache doesn't help at all. I really didn't want to have to download another browser, especially as I've been using only this one for years. What a PITA!

Pleased to know I am not the only one with spinning dots. Have been told

I can't use Safari and I have used Safari for years now. Maybe programers should

widen their vision and allow the use of more than one browser! Getting fed

up with doing all the entering and not finding out till the end that one

can't file!!!!

Four spinning dots happens using a mac > safari. If you use google chrome your return will still be there and the dots will go away
