Unable to Submit 2024 Tax Return

I keep getting an error with the CRA Result Code N1. The error says "Authentication failed. Please carefully complete all identification fields." I get this error message for all 3 tax returns I am trying to submit for myself and family members. I went back through everything to make sure I have not missed any fields and I have not and yet I still keep getting this message. I have went in an cleared all my cache and have also tried using different internet browsers on 2 different computers and I still keep getting the same error. HELP!

This error usually indicates a mismatch or validation problem with the personal information you provided in your tax filing compared to the information the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) has on record. Changing your email address at the CRA is a good step, but the N1 error could be related to other pieces of personal information as well.
