My daughter is a dependent working on her Masters , and had a part time job.  She will be filling taxes, so the 1098T's that came in her name are required on her form?  When I am doing my taxes it prompts me to see if I received the 1098T.  They are in my daughters name, so I am curious if they go on both returns, mine, on hers?

The Form 1098-T is reported on your tax return since you are claiming your daughter as a dependent. When you enter the 1098-T form into TurboTax, you will be prompted to select who the form belongs to. Once you select your daughter's name, the form will be credited properly and you should be able to claim the education expenses.
