1040-SR form not created on my 2024 return

I am over 65 and filed with the 1040SR form last year. This year TTax did not generate the 1040-SR form, only the worksheet. It has created only the 1040. Is this a mistake? Did I do something wrong? Do I need to be concerned about filing the 1040 regular form?

No reason for concern at all.   If you print the return it will print on a 1040SR for you.   The 1040 and 1040SR are identical.   All of the lines and all of the calculations are exactly the same.  The difference is that the 1040SR prints out with bigger print and goes to a third page.  There is no difference whatsoever in your refund or tax due.
