If it's a 1095-B or 1095-C, then you don't need to enter it under the TurboTax Healthcare tab.  But you'll still need to answer the first question in that section, about whether you had insurance coverage for the whole year.

If it's a 1095-A, then you will need to enter it in the Healthcare section.  That particular form is issued to those who had a Marketplace policy under the Affordable Care Act.  Follow the prompts under the Healthcare tab to enter the form in full, and TurboTax will ask you some supplementary questions as well.
