I have health insurance through my work. My wife uses the marketplace. When I entered her 1095A, we then owe over 8,000 to Federal. My wife only made 6,000 all year.  Is there a way to designate her 1095A is for her and not myself?

in part II only enter her name and complete the other columns based on the 1095A,

 

we can't see your return so don't know if the reason for such a large balance due is the marketplace entries or something else. 

 

also look at form 8962.  the amount of the tax due to marketplace insurance is shown on line 29
