1099 B "description of property" cell accuracy - form 8949

Hello- I had a basic 1099 B upload question re: accuracy of uploaded data please:

I uploaded a 1099 B - and the "description of property" got truncated for one line item - all the others are fine  Instead of saying the usual "X shares of S&P ETF___", the upload shows "P 500 ETF" in the description on the 12a form 8949 detail attachment form

Do I leave it alone as it was uploaded? or do I go in and edit it to say x shares of EFT? 

Not sure if it matters but my inclination is to leave it alone so that it syncs with the source document
