1099-b worksheet for 1099-k has incorrect box check for not reported to IRS

I have 1099-k personal sales of tickets that should be entered on schedule D.
however I get an error that prevents me from filing because of an erroneous checkbox for “this was not reported to IRS”.  So it won’t let me enter a cost basis.
I am aware of the work around to put it on schedule 1 other income in the open fields adding and subtracting my losses then entering my profit and cost basis.
however this means it will not match to the 1099k in the IRS system and will kick out.  It also incorrectly gives me $40 more refund.
this is NOT correct and I shouldnt have to incorrectly file my taxes in order for TurboTax to let it through.
I need a developer or someone that can uncheck the box that says it is income not reported to IRS.
please help as I have talked with support and tried all the forums.
I just need to file my taxes correctly and turbo tax software should allow me to do that.

I am not familiar with the erroneous checkbox for "this was not reported to IRS".

When posting the IRS form 1099-K, you may report items sold for sale by following these steps:

    • At the screen Which type of income is your 1099-K for, select the button for Personal item sales.  Click Continue.
    • At the screen Let's get the info from your 1099-K, enter the information.  Click Continue.
    • At the screen Personal Item Sales
      • select either I sold some items at a loss or had not gain, or
      • select All items were sold at a loss or had no gain.

The entry is reported at the top of Schedule 1 Additional Income and Adjustments to Income.
