1099-DIV and 1099-INT, "I'll type it myself" is not available. How do I Review and Add if the screen freezes?

Go to Federal > Wages and Income > Interest (or Dividends).  Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page where the banks, etc. are listed.   And try a different internet browser.

For the "Online" users,,,,,,,,,Hard to know what to do...delete any -INT or -DIV forms you have started...then exit the program entirely and log in using a different browser....that might clear the screen freeze:

Then start a new 1099-INT:   

On the page that wants you to select or enter a bank ?  ...... you don't ...instead you click on

1)  "Change how I enter my form" at the bottom of that page.

.......and then on the next page you click on

2)  "Type it in myself"

then you should be off and running
