1099-div "Needs Review" message won't go away after I edit the item

item has income from US government obligations which if I don't claim THEN the Needs Review goes away

If you are stuck in a loop, try this:

Try closing out of TurboTax and clear your cache and delete cookies. Then sign back into your TurboTax account. If that does not work, try a different browser.
