1099 import from Morgan Stanley Wealth Management

Hi...I am getting this message from turbotax when attempting to import 1099 tax information from Morgan Stanley Wealth Management.  After entering SSN, username, password I get a pop up window with this message:

"Your From 1099 is either not yet available to download for this account, or your account is not eligible for a Form 1099 this year.  Please refer to communications on Morgan Stanley Online or contact your Financial Advisor."

I contacted Morgan Stanley directly and they informed me that my 1099 forms are available now for my account and download to turbotax is enabled.  Any ideas on what the issue might be?

    try contacting Turbotax support

    or when you went to import did you see the phone number to call if you had questions or issues.

    No, no number was given, just this turbotax pop up window with this message:

    I'll try calling turbotax support next.  Is there any help via chat available?

    If you are using TurboTax Online, try importing using a different browser.
