My mother passed in June 2022.  I was the executor for her estate.  Everything was handled & in September of 2023 all the final estate tax forms/return were submitted.  Now I have received a 2023 1099-INT for the estate for $52.  Do I need to submit a revised 1041 tax return?

I wouldn't file and amended 1041. However, each heir needs to report their proportionate share of the $52.on their 2023 1040.
