1099-INT should not need review

I am being told that my 1099-int needs review. I only have info in Box 1. So I fill out box 1 and uncheck 'my form has info in other boxes'. Then I click continue and I am being told the form still needs review. The error is happening because I did not fill out the other boxes. I think for some reason the system is not processing that I have unchecked the 'info in other boxes' message. It seems as though there may be a bug in the system. Please let me know the best way to resolve this.

You should not have to fill out anything in the 1099-INT area besides the payer information and what is shown on your form (Box 1).

Please try deleting the 1099-INT and reinputting it into TurboTax using the instructions below.

Open your return.
Search 1099-INT with the magnifying glass tool.
Click on the Jump to 1099-INT link at the top of the page.
Use the trash can icon to delete the 1099-INT entered.
Click on Add a 1099-INT.
Enter the information as shown on your form.
