Is the black and white Copy A of the 1099 Misc that can be printed from Turbo Tax filable with the IRS or does it have to be on the "red" form?

    It does have to be on the red form. However, you should be able to e-file your W-3 form if you use the "Quick Employer Forms" product offered by intuit. You can find more about that here:
