1099-MISC

I have added the information from three separate 1099-MISC sources, totalling almost $2,000, but having completed the TT section (I'm using Deluxe), $0 appears in the 2019 column. I have tried "updating" a couple of times but still get the same total, $0. I've checked to be sure that I've entered the amounts in the correct places. The 2018 shows the correct value from the previous year. Any idea what's going on?

I recommend these steps since you referred to updating, I presume you are using the CD/Download.

Go to Forms mode.
Double click on Open Forms, type 1099-MISC
Highlight Form 1099-MISC Worksheet and click Open Form
Highlight 1099-MISC Wks and click Open Form
Check your input and verify that if it is supposed to be linked to another form, such as Schedule C, that it is linked.
- If it is not linked, click the box next to the schedule
- A link will appear that you can attach to the income
