1099 misc for royality box 15 is empty there is a tax and deducts amount in the box before should that have been in box 15 and where do i put these amounts?

Navigate to Income and Expenses, Other Common Income, Form 1099-MISC and click the Revisit button on the right side of the screen.

Click Edit on the line with your 1099-MISC.

Check the box at the bottom of the screen that says My form has more info in boxes 1-17 and click continue.

You will have access to box 15 to enter the amount that is on your 1099-MISC.
