when I enter 1099 necs it doesn't show for that entry, can I add 1099 necs to misc income instead ?

Try closing TurboTax, clearing your cache and deleting your cookies. Review the TurboTax Help article How to clear your cache and How do I delete cookies? for specific instructions for your browser. Also, reboot your computer.

To report 1099-NEC income, follow the steps below:

Open TurboTax
Select Wages and income
Select Self-Employment Schedule C:1099-NEC
Answer Yes on the next screen - Did you have any self-employment income or expenses?
Answer the questions on each screen, to enter the information.
