I received correct 1099-NECs for both 2022 and 2023. On the TurboTax Income Summary page, the 2022 amount is displayed correctly, but the 2023 amount is incorrectly displaying $0. Can someone explain why?

It's not clear. The best advice is to review your tax return to see the income is reported and in the appropriate place on your tax return. Based on the document you should see self employment income on Schedule C and the net profit carried to your 1040 via Schedule 1, line 3.
