1099 nec question

I have both given a 1099 nec to someone and I have also received one, I see where they ask you about receiving one, but I do not see where they ask you if you have given any out?

    It is under your Business General info. 

    • Login to your account.
    • Select Federal from the left menu.
    • Go to Wages and Income then Income and Expenses.
    • Select Review next to Self-employment income and expenses
    • Select Review next to your line of work
    • Select Edit next to General info.
    • Scroll down to Payments and identification.
    • Select Yes for Required to send a 1099?

    To report the amount paid to contractors as an expense:

     

    1. Go to Income and Expenses.
    2. Select Edit next to Self employment Income.
    3. Scroll down and select Add expense for this work.
    4. Select Contract Labor
