1099-R

I am retired.

I don't have w-2

When I get to the 1099-R the program stops working...and when it comes back on it loops me back to the very beginning of retirement income...over and over again.  I can't get my taxes done at this rate.  What's up?

    Need FAR more information on what software you are using before anyone can suggest what's going on

     

    1)  Are you using the "Online" software??, or the "Desktop" software?

     

    2)  IF you are using the "Desktop" software.....Windows or MAC?  ...AND which OS version
