1099-R with non-qualified money

I have 1099-R for a partial withdrawal from an annuity with my non-qualified money. The box 7 in the form shows 7D. When I process this form in TurboTax, I'm asked "Was This Distribution From a 403(b) Plan?" The problem is that I have only two choices, either "Yes, this is a 403(b) plan" or "No, it's another type of qualified retirement plan". My answer is "neither", but I couldn't go further in the process.  What's wrong?

There is a known issue with 1099-R forms with a code of D in the distribution box (such as 7D or 4D).
