1099 with health insurance included in taxable value 2a

I have a 1099 that includes a non market place health insurance.

In box 2a, but I am having trouble showing this health insurance portion within the turbo tax application, the tax withheld is smaller than a normal taxable and reasonable taxes paid because of this.

    Did you mean that the premium for the health insurance is included in box 2a? Is this premium also found in box 5 on the 1099-R?

     

    What do you mean when you say that you are having trouble showing this "health insurance portion" in TurboTax? What are you wanting to do with it?

     

    Normally, you are asked during the 1099-R interview if the 1099-R includes a health insurance premium.
