Getting message "Sales price is not between prescribed upper and lower limits"  This is on 1099B worksheet.  What does this mean?

    most likely there is one sale with negative proceeds. this is not possible because it means you gave up money on the sale rather than getting money.  ie. you sold or less than $0.
