19 year old full time student is not being calucated for the EIC

I entered a 19 year old who is a full time student and wasnt only shows as nondependent and not EIC. something is wrong with the software. I tried on freetaxusa and their software gave me the EIC . Same info was entered in both programs. pleasae check . birthday is 2005 and was a full time student. Taxpayer income is 20000 so should qualify for the EIC but nothing calcuates.

We have seen some users who are missing an important screen in MY INFO. Click his name in MY INFO. Go through the screens and watch for one titled "Less Common Situations" Make sure that on that screen you clicked that he was a full-time student.
